Our Stella blends are designed to avoid garlic, onions and other FODMAPs and common allergens like nuts, eggs, soy, sesame and celery. They are also free of gluten, dairy, MSG and lactose. Our blends do not contain these ingredients but we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of them, as there may have been contact with one of the ingredients in the production process.

All of our Stella herb & spice blends are suitable for vegetarians. Addictive Heat and Honey'd Heat both contain honey, but those are the only two products which do not fit into a vegan diet.

Most of the Stella Foods herb & spice blends can be used as a rub, a marinade, and as a seasoning while cooking. They are delicious on meats, poultry, fish, seafood, vegetables and salads. Our products are also great for eggs, fries and snacks like popcorn, or for making dips or salad dressings. The Daily, Addictive Heat, Honey'd Heat and Smoke & Flame also give a nice finishing touch when sprinkled on top of foods and snacks.
