Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-2 teaspoons Stella Foods Honey'd Heat herb & spice blend
  • 2-4 slices of cured meat (such as prosciutto or sujuk)
  • 1/2 ripe tomato, cut into wedges
  • 4-6 cubes of white cheese (such as feta or sirene)
  • 2-3 slices of crusty bread
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking eggs (optional)

Instructions:
